Responsibilities

• Maintain, dismantle, repair, and replace mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Perform light fabrication and MIG welding.
• Dismantle machinery and remove/replace defective parts.
• General building maintenance and industrial plumbing.
• Manufacture repair parts from sketches, samples, or blueprints.
• Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document equipment conditions.
• Assist with purchasing replacement or spare parts.
• Transport materials as required.
• Operate handcarts, lift trucks, and other transport vehicles safely.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
• Operate standard hand and power tools.
• Provide basic tools/toolbox.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, dismantle, repair, and replace mechanical and hydraulic components (e.g., bearings, seals, details, carriers, etc.) on industrial machinery such as shafting, motors, generators, air compressors, engines, pumps, cylinders, gears, couplings, linkages, ball screws, coolant systems, filters, combustion equipment, and valves.
• Perform light fabrication and MIG welding.
• Dismantle machinery and remove/replace defective parts.
• General building maintenance and industrial plumbing.
• Manufacture repair parts from sketches, samples, or blueprints.
• Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document equipment conditions.
• Assist the maintenance manager with purchasing replacement or spare parts.
• Transport materials to or from outside facilities as required.
• Operate handcarts, lift trucks, overhead cranes, or other transport vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
• Operate a variety of standard hand and power tools.
• Provide basic tools/toolbox.
• Complete other duties assigned as needed.
