• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) when operating a company vehicle.
• Year-round schedule availability is required; no seasonal opportunities.

Responsibilities: As a member of the Maintenance Team, this position will be primarily responsible for conducting minor repairs to car wash equipment, property maintenance, light duty construction, new project start-ups, and building and equipment renovations. This is a benefited, full-time position, with a 5-day work week. The pay range for this position is $20.00-$30.00 per hour, depending upon experience.

• One to three years of electrical, welding, and plumbing experience, is preferred
• Good mechanic knowledge/skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems
• Ability to work both independentlyoras a team on assigned tasks with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to handle heavy equipment, bend, lift and stand for excessive periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Required tosubmitto and pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening tooperatea company vehicle as required by this position
