Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic with HVAC expertise. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience, hold a Boilers License, and possess general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting. The role requires flexibility to work the hotel's dynamic schedule.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Mechanic, your primary responsibility is to maintain the functionality and safety of the hotel's equipment, with a focus on HVAC systems. Your duties include:

1. Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of hotel machinery
2. Conducting scheduled and unscheduled HVAC maintenance
3. Responding promptly and professionally to guest calls and work orders for repairs
4. Documenting repairs and identifying items needing further attention
