As a Technical Engineer, you will implement Stratus Imaging (SI) products in a cloud environment, serving as the lead technical resource to coordinate, customize, install, troubleshoot, and validate product deployments.

You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. on this role.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Implement proprietary products such as SI Archive, SI Viewer, SI PACS, SI Share, SI Analytics in collaboration with customers and project teams.
2. Design, configure, and implement systems per customer requirements.
3. Configure HL7 and diagnose system, application, and end-user issues.
4. Test, benchmark, and verify error-free system implementation.
5. Support customers during go-live, including outside normal business hours if needed.
6. Follow internal workflows, document all activities, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
7. Provide mentorship and training as needed.
8. Travel to client sites for installations and support as required.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience troubleshooting and implementing Information Systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server OS, virtual machines, servers, workstations, and Windows applications.
• Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as MCSE, A+, Security+.
• Experience in healthcare, medical imaging software (PACS, RIS, EMR), DICOM, HL7, scripting, network protocols.
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines.

The salary range is $71,600 to $140,600 annually, based on full-time employment, experience, and certifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentives, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
