Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician with injection molding experience to support over 60 presses and related production equipment in Blaine, MN. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience and strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
• Work with 3-phase electrical systems, motors, controls, and PLC-operated equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to complete repairs.
• Support facility systems, including HVAC and building equipment.
• Partner with production teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

Maintenance Technician - Injection Molding

$30-$37/hr | Day Shift | Minimal On-Call

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with injection molding experience to support over 60 plastic injection molding presses and related production equipment. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Blaine, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $76960.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Insurance coverage, medical, tools provided and not required, minimal to zero on call
