Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a Class A building in Bethesda, MD. You will perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis, inspect and repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, repair appliances, and support subcontractors.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime possible based on workload. We value hands-on experience in residential maintenance, a CFC Universal credential, basic electrical/HVAC coursework, and the

Qualifications

• Must possess CFC Universal.
• Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift sixty (60) pounds.
• Three (3) years minimum experience.
• Must have experience diagnosing and repairing household appliances.
• Background in residential maintenance, including HVAC, Plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.

In search of a Maintenance Mechanic for a Class A building located in Bethesda, MD. The hours are M-F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Salary: $20-$25 per hour based on experience. Some overtime may be required.
