Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a Class A building in Bethesda, MD. Hours are Mon–Fri 7:00 am–3:30 pm with pay at $20–$25 per hour based on experience. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must possess CFC Universal.
• Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift sixty pounds.
• Three years minimum experience.
• Must have experience diagnosing and repairing household appliances.
• Background in residential maintenance, including HVAC, Plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Conduct daily building/equipment tours.
• Appliance repair.
• Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems.
• Provides assistance and support to subcontractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In search of a Maintenance Mechanic for a Class A building located in Bethesda, MD. The hours are M-F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Salary: $20-$25 per hour based on experience. Some overtime may be required.
