The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the performance and safety of large company assets through routine and corrective maintenance, meticulous documentation, and coordination with equipment vendors. • Execute unscheduled (reactive) maintenance to quickly restore equipment functionality.
• Develop and maintain a monthly routine maintenance schedule for all assets.
• Document all maintenance activities in the AIMS system accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Account for all tools and equipment assigned for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors for technical assistance and parts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry best practices.
• Monitor and report equipment performance trends to the Operations Manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency.
