Job summary

5th HQ in Florida is seeking a bilingual Maintenance Material Coordinator to manage spare parts inventory and support maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. Daily communication in English and Spanish with maintenance teams, vendors, and internal departments is required.

You will handle receiving, storage, distribution, track inventory levels, place orders to prevent stock-outs, and assist with shipping, receiving, and audits. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED – must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Track inventory levels and place orders to prevent stock-outs.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager to support preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Communicate daily in English and Spanish with maintenance personnel, vendors, and internal teams regarding parts availability and orders.
• Monitor backorders and follow up with vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry systems.
• Pick, pack, and deliver parts to maintenance personnel.
• Process returns, surplus parts, and warranty shipments.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts room.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.

• Mechanical or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments preferred (cGMP a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to40–50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and use a ladder or stool as needed.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Exposure to noise, dust, wet areas, and high-traffic workspaces.
