Job summary

REEL USA in Mobile, AL, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance of Airbus-support equipment at the Final Assembly Line. You will plan, organize, and direct maintenance activities on site, while upholding safety standards and working with engineering and production teams to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and participate in REEL's safety, health, and environmental programs; attend team meetings and complete safety training.
• Organize and deliver projects with internal teams such as engineering and production.
• Serve as the primary communication point with the customer for project and maintenance status, open issues, and change requests.
• Create and maintain detailed work plans, project schedules/deliverables, risk management reports.
• Prepare cost reports, budget variance reports, open issue lists, and project evaluations.
• Lead discussions toward yearly maintenance agreements.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
• Assist in estimating, material selection, and proposal submissions.
• Follow deadlines and monthly tasks within the maintenance plan.
• Generate and manage inspection plans.
• Gather information and prepare monthly activity progress reports.
• Manage and support 4 foremen and 22 technicians.
• Provide coaching, feedback, disciplinary actions, and annual evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REEL USA has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager with knowledge, skills, and experience is to plan, organize, direct and control all aspects of the maintenance operation.to perform highly diversified duties to safely install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft support, production, and facility equipment according to predictive and productive maintenance processes for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) located within Airbus. All work tasks are performed in a safe manner while following plant policies and procedures. The Maintenance Manager will work on-site at the Mobile, AL location.

In this role, your primary duty will be to plan, organize, and direct service for Airbus’ industrial maintenance needs. • Follow the deadlines and monthly task to be executed with in maintenance plan in given month and weeks.
• Generate and manage inspections plans
• Gathers the information and prepares the monthly activity progress report.
• Manage and support 4 Foremen. Amongst the Foremen, there are 22 Technicians.
• Provide coaching, feedback, disciplinary action as well as completing annual evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
