Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct service for Airbus’ industrial maintenance needs.
• Safety-minded with strong time management and reliability.
• Organize and deliver projects with internal teams such as engineering and production.
• Be the key communication point with the customer for project/m maintenance status and change requests.
• Create and maintain detailed work plans, project schedules, and risk management reports.
• Lead commercial discussions toward yearly maintenance agreements.
• Manage multiple projects with short-term and competing deadlines.
• Participate in estimating, material selection, and proposal submissions.
• Follow deadlines and monthly tasks within the maintenance plan.
• Generate and manage inspections plans.
• Gather information and prepare monthly activity progress reports.
• Manage and support 4 Foremen and 22 Technicians.
• Provide coaching, feedback, disciplinary actions, and annual evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REEL USA has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager with knowledge, skills, and experience is to plan, organize, direct and control all aspects of the maintenance operation.to perform highly diversified duties to safely install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft support, production, and facility equipment according to predictive and productive maintenance processes for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) located within Airbus. All work tasks are performed in a safe manner while following plant policies and procedures. The Maintenance Manager will work on-site at the Mobile, AL location.

In this role, your primary duty will be to plan, organize, and direct service for Airbus’ industrial maintenance needs. This role requires a safety mind-set, self-motivated person with a positive attitude, a ton of good energy, and effective time management. A successful candidate will be someone who can:

• Work in a safemanner. Activelyparticipates in REEL's safety, health, and environmentalprograms. Attendsscheduled team meetings and completes safety training requirements. Keeps work area safe and clean.
• Organize and deliver important projects with other internal team members such as engineering and production.
• Be the key communication pointwith the customer for the purpose project status, maintenance status and addressing open issues and managing customer change requests.
• Create and maintain detailed work plans, project schedules/deliverables, risk management reports.
• Projected cost reports, variance to budget reports, open issue lists, and project evaluation reports.
• Lead commercial discussions toward yearly maintenance agreement.
• Manage multiple projects with short term and competing deadlines at any given time.
• Participate in estimating, including material selection and proposal submissions.
• Follow the deadlines and monthly task to be executed with in maintenance plan in given month and weeks.
• Generate and manage inspections plans
• Gathers the information and prepares the monthly activity progress report.
• Manage and support 4 Foremen. Amongst the Foremen, there are 22 Technicians.
• Provide coaching, feedback, disciplinary action as well as completing annual evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
