Job summary

REEL USA Corp. in Mobile, AL seeks a Maintenance Manager to plan, direct, and control maintenance of aircraft support, production, and facility equipment at the Final Assembly Line for Airbus.

You will lead a team of foremen and technicians, uphold safety programs, and coordinate with engineering and production to meet schedules. Qualifications

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) year’s maintenance or project planning experience.
• Previous leadership and management experience required.
• Familiar with PPE and hazard awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work independently.
• Experience with working directly with customers.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office would be an asset.
• Experience with overhead lifting or material handling equipment preferred.
• Flexible in performing changing assignments and work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental programs and attend trainings.
• Organize and deliver projects with engineering and production.
• Be main customer contact for project status and change requests.
• Create and maintain work plans, schedules, and risk reports.
• Prepare cost reports and budget variance analyses.
• Lead maintenance negotiations toward annual agreements.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Participate in estimating and material selections.
• Follow monthly maintenance plan deadlines.
• Prepare monthly activity progress reports.
• Lead 4 foremen and 22 technicians with coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
