UA Health Services Foundation is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee daily operations of building, equipment, and clinical spaces. You will lead a skilled trades team, ensure safe, code-compliant environments, and support patient safety and workflows across the clinic facilities.
Responsibilities include supervising HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and maintenance programs, plus developing policies, and supervising external contractors as needed.

To manage a skilled trades team and ensures a safe, efficient and code-compliant healthcare environment. To play a critical role in supporting patient safety, regulatory compliance and the clinic’s physical infrastructure by ensuring that our facilities are maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
Associates degree in business, science or related field, post‑secondary vocation OR technical two year school diploma OR master card in plumbing or electrical OR HVAC state contractor’s license OR NICET certification OR 8 years of progressive experience in commercial or industrial maintenance required. Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
