Job summary

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will maximize availability, supervise technicians, and manage budget adherence while championing continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in CSP/energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and execution.
• Experience with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities
