Job summary

American Bath Group's U.S. AcrylX plant in Martinsburg, WV seeks a Maintenance Manager to build a disciplined, reliable maintenance operation.

You will stabilize urgent needs, establish formal planning cadences, and integrate Fiix and Waites into daily workflows. You will lead a team to shift from reactive repairs to planned and predictive work, develop capability, own maintenance spending, and partner with production leadership to balance uptime with cost and risk.

Qualifications

At least four years of maintenance-leadership experience with demonstrable operating results.
High mechanical aptitude and disciplined troubleshooting capability, including the ability to read schematics.
Experience assessing maintenance-team skills and training needs, coaching for development, setting accountability, and making difficult people decisions.
Clear evidence of personal ownership: what you diagnosed, built, changed, governed, measured, and sustained.

Responsibilities

Build and govern the Martinsburg maintenance operating system, including planning routines and data standards.
Shift the function from corrective to planned and predictive work.
Make Fiix and Waites integral to daily planning and decision making.
Oversee budget, overtime, vendors, and capital work within plant governance.
Partner with Plant Manager and production leaders to balance asset risk and output.
