You will drive preventive maintenance programs, supervise technicians, enforce safety, and collaborate with production to optimize uptime.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis, and cost control while developing staff through training and SOP audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, or 5 years in maintenance in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional industrial training preferred.
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop or improve the preventive maintenance processes and frequency.
• Perform vendor and contractor quality and cost analysis.
• Develop or improve the maintenance spare parts system.
• Develop or improve planning and scheduling of maintenance to optimize costs.
• Develop RCAs for safety, quality and production issues in the department.
• Dedicate time to training employees in production SOPs and audit compliance.
• Audit SOPs to ensure training and process improvement.
• Ensure safety inspections, CAPAs and RCAs are conducted timely.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
