Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting capability.
• Experience reading electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Working knowledge of three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience leading maintenance employees or skilled technical personnel.
• Direct ownership of preventive maintenance and CMMS execution.
• Strong maintenance-project planning and completion discipline.
• Ability to develop experienced employees and lead change effectively.
• Willingness to work on the plant floor and support after-hours needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a two-person maintenance team in a one-shift operation.
• Transition maintenance from reactive to proactive, planned execution.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance through Fiix CMMS and condition-monitoring.
• Maintain or improve equipment-downtime performance.
• Establish weekly work planning, prioritization, accountability, and documented completion.
• Capture critical equipment knowledge and develop backup capability.
• Lead installation, reliability, and continuous-improvement projects.
• Partner with production leaders, suppliers, contractors, and site leadership.
• Track maintenance spending and identify budget variances early.
