Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance for a 104-unit complex in Columbus, GA. This full-time role requires timely handling of work orders, preventative maintenance, and coordination with contractors to keep properties in excellent condition.

Ideal candidates bring HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical experience, HVAC certification, and at least 2 years in maintenance.

Qualifications

• HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical experience required.
• HVAC certification required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience required.
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Respond timely to requests/work orders and ensure efficient problem resolution, and delegate as appropriate.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and landscapers to ensure well-ran property management.
• Ensure facilities and related systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, exterior) are in good working order.
• Ensure units are 100% ready for move-in (checklists, unit visits).
• Maintain work orders in AppFolio and related systems.
• Maintain clean properties by keeping complexes free of debris.
