Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a preventive maintenance program by scheduling and managing maintenance activities.
• Manages equipment operation and performs preventive maintenance per manuals and specs; troubleshoots malfunctions.
• Identifies problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Oversees full-time, temporary and contract maintenance personnel; manages vendor contracts.
• Negotiates cost-effective tools, parts, and maintenance services from suppliers.
• Monitors downtime and guides teams in preventive maintenance techniques.
• Maintains inventories by checking stock and expediting orders; tracks parts and supplies.
• Prepares maintenance reports by analyzing data and trends.
