Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of maintenance management or supervisory experience in a food processing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, sound judgment, accountability, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and equipment documentation.
• Knowledge of safety requirements including lockout/tagout and machine guarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance department and direct daily activities.
• Oversee inspection, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of production equipment and facility systems.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Plan and manage capital projects from planning through completion, including schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
