Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• 10 years industrial plant experience and/or 15 years of maintenance experience with exposure to various maintenance disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities with operating departments to minimize unscheduled downtime and ensure access to equipment.
• Provide day-to-day direction and supervision to direct reports.
• Meet safety, health, productivity and environment goals through planning and review of activities.
• Develop short- and long-range plans to maximize plant equipment utilization.
• Evaluate performance of maintenance personnel and address improvements.
• Establish work standards, evaluation systems and training programs.
• Maintain open two-way communication and provide feedback to the team.
• Lead a culture of safety and represent the organization professionally in meetings.
