Job summary

Arrowhead Housing in Cameron Park, CA is seeking a dependable Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of an apartment community. This hands-on role suits an experienced pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers outstanding service to residents.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager to maintain appearance, safety, and functionality, complete work orders, coordinate with vendors, perform make-ready tasks, inspections, and handle after-hours on-call

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily maintenance and overall physical condition of the community.
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally, including: basic plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs, carpentry, drywall and painting.
• Perform apartment make-ready duties, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of common areas, including laundry rooms, hallways, stairwells, breezeways, mailbox areas, and trash enclosures.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and property violations to the Community Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor work performed by outside vendors and contractors.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Deliver resident notices as requested.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies on an on-call basis.
• Represent Arrowhead Housing professionally while providing outstanding customer service to residents.
