Responsibilities

• Manage and delegate daily maintenance tasks across a large residential property
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, amenities, and grounds to identify repair needs
• Oversee apartment turnover process and ensure units are move‑in ready
• Supervise vendor work and ensure compliance with company standards
• Maintain inventory and approve maintenance‑related purchases within budget
• Lead and train service staff, including performance reviews and development plans
• Deliver safety training and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing a maintenance team
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, emergency/security systems, and pool
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of First Aid and Safety procedures
• Experience with a new construction facility is preferred
• Computer literacy (Microsoft and Yardi)
• High School Diploma or skilled trades training
