Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a global plastics manufacturer in Anderson, South Carolina. You will lead the maintenance team and ensure the safe, reliable operation of production equipment, utilities, and facilities to maximize uptime and OEE.

The role emphasizes preventive/predictive maintenance, CMMS planning, root-cause analysis, and facility upgrades, with a base salary of $120,000–$130,000 and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training in engineering or related field.
• Proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in plastics, injection/blow molding or automotive settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team with clear performance expectations and development plans.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and work orders in CMMS.
• Oversee TPM initiatives, capital projects, and equipment reliability improvements.
