Job summary

The Garrett Companies is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance operations at one of our luxury communities in Parker, CO. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and a hands-on maintenance team, delivering top-quality resident experiences.

We offer hourly pay of $35–$37 with a shared bonus and a $1500 monthly housing allowance for on-site living. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Service Supervisor.
• HVAC and EPA certification strongly preferred.
• Must provide own tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with Property Management software, Entrata preferred.
• Must be willing to be on call and take emergency calls after standard working hours.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure apartment homes move-in ready and inspect amenities.
• Resolve resident concerns or objections as they arise.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents.
• Prioritize and assign daily maintenance team activities.
• Mentor maintenance team members and address performance issues.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, residents, and team members.
• Communicate community performance to relevant teams.
• Oversee outside contractors and inspection compliance.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
