Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to work on-site at Lone Oak Manor Apartments in Paducah, KY, collaborating with property management to perform building maintenance and oversee budget and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

This is a hands‑on Maintenance Manager position that will work in collaboration with property management to perform building maintenance functions and oversee the budget and vendor contracts.

Pay: $25.00-28.00/hour, depending on experience

Location: Lone Oak Manor Apartments (76 units) | Paducah, KY

Duties

• Read and interpret electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams and blueprints. Draft working sketches.
• Use maintenance, trade, and testing equipment and tools.
• Effectively oversee work progress of vendors or outside contractors.
