Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Lead direct-report salaried employees and support North Mill operations.
• Coordinate with department heads to direct maintenance activities.
• Maintain and optimize production equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Apply Lean / Six Sigma to drive process improvements and efficiency.
