Job summary

• Analyze failure and performance data to derive root-cause insights and corrective actions.
• Proficient with email, word processing and spreadsheet apps (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage strict compliance of all safety policies and regulations.
• Lead salaried direct reports in supporting North Mill operations.
• Direct maintenance activities with other department heads to support operations.
• Maintain and optimize production equipment and facilities for uptime and reliability.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements using Lean / Six Sigma tools.
• Utilize CMMS to log work, schedule preventive maintenance, manage storeroom inventory and purchasing.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and project managers on capital projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
