Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams, budgets, and large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring training, motivation, and high performance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime and asset life.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; conduct safety audits and investigations as needed.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including tools, parts, and supplies.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices and operations.
• Maintain records and report on maintenance activities, budgets, and equipment condition.
• Lead or support major maintenance projects and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
