Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience.
• Minimum of 10 years total work experience in a related field.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading and developing manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate assigned maintenance and facility support activities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the maintenance team.
• Partner with management and Production to evaluate feasibility and cost-effectiveness of projects, equipment, and repairs.
• Communicate developments that could affect production schedules, equipment availability, or costs.
• Help ensure maintenance resources align with operational priorities.
• Drive reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Develop and strengthen the maintenance team capabilities and staffing.
• Champion safety and enforce safety regulations across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and processes.
