Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience in a related field.
• Experience with supervision, maintenance planning and scheduling, and estimating preferred.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading and developing employees within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively balance maintenance priorities, production needs, and cost considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate assigned maintenance and facility support activities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the maintenance team.
• Partner with management and Production to evaluate feasibility and cost-effectiveness of projects, equipment, and repairs.
• Communicate developments that could affect production schedules, equipment availability, or costs.
• Help ensure maintenance resources are effectively aligned with operational priorities.
• Support diagnosis and resolution of machinery and equipment malfunctions.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance when troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
• Direct activities involving dismantling, assembly, installation, and repair of industrial machinery.
• Recommend improvements to production methods and equipment performance.
• Identify changes to equipment and working conditions that can improve efficiency.
• Apply preventive and predictive maintenance practices to strengthen equipment reliability.
