Qualifications

• Minimum two years general experience in building trades, repair and maintenance.
• Experience supervising team members.
• Must be able to drive for work purposes.
• Available for emergency calls and after-hours requests.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assigns tasks to maintenance and groundskeeping staff.
• Supervises vendors to ensure work completion and quality.
• Manages budgets and payroll projections.
• Schedules daily/weekly activity and maintains maintenance records.
