Qualifications

• Minimum two years general experience in building trades, repair and maintenance.
• Experience in supervising team members.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional written reports to the Property Manager and Client.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assigns tasks to the maintenance and groundskeeping staff.
• Orders, inventories, and maintains stock of materials for work orders.
• Ensures work orders are updated and completed in a timely manner.
• Controls and manages costs within the yearly budget.
• Motivates staff to comply with safety standards.
• Plans budget, payroll projections, and expenses with management.
• Schedules daily/weekly activity logs and departmental tasks.
• Manages department schedules with emphasis on overtime.
• Maintains standards and supervises vendors for completion of work.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Promotes a safe working environment by adhering to safety rules.
