Glacial Lakes Energy (GLE) is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team!
The Maintenance Manager plays a key leadership role in the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our facility. This position is responsible for leading and supporting the maintenance team, coordinating maintenance activities and contractors, and developing preventative and proactive maintenance practices that maximize equipment reliability and plant performance.

Candidates should also have working knowledge of industrial maintenance equipment and systems, including centrifuges, drying equipment, boilers, cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, pumps, valves, electrical circuits, equipment, and 4-20 milliamp instrumentation.
Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel are also required.
