Qualifications

• Build, lead, and train a cohesive maintenance/engineering team focused on safety, quality, service and efficiency.
• Oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for production equipment and facility systems.
• Oversee the design, planning, and execution of capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
• Drive and apply lean principles to maintenance processes to minimize waste and increase throughput.
• Use data collection processes to evaluate unplanned downtime and implement corrective actions to drive metric improvements.
• Maintain spend forecast and approve monthly R&M spend for the facility.
• Organize, lead, and track capital projects and partner with production and quality teams.
