You must have HVAC certification; CPO is preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of OSHA safety protocols are essential, with on-call flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in multifamily maintenance or related field.
• Leadership experience and ability to train and mentor staff.
• HVAC certification is required; CPO certification is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance, including service tickets, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Lead maintenance team recruiting, mentoring, and performance review processes.
