Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/management or related field required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in high-volume multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and supervise direct reports on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Set job expectations, monitor performance, and align compensation as needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and preventive maintenance goals.
• Ensure PMs are scheduled, documented, and equipment is available for production.
