Job summary

Leclerc Biscuits is seeking a senior HR partner to lead all plant-level HR activities, reporting to the HR Director. You will support the Plant Manager and leadership team, supervise HR Advisors and internal trainers, and ensure HR standards are applied on site.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years HR experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, and SHRM or HRCI certification preferred. You will drive engagement, performance, and governance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, business, or related field.
• 6 years HR experience, manufacturing preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• Proven ability to build trust with managers and staff.
• Strong initiative, rigor, and organization in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to collaborate with plant managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead HR partner at the plant level, supporting the Plant Manager and leadership team.
• Supervise HR Advisors and Internal Trainers and uphold HR standards on site.
• Manage all end-to-end HR activities and drive people programs.
• Promote culture, engagement, succession planning, and change management.
• Monitor HR metrics and partner on compensation and total rewards.
