Leclerc Biscuits is seeking a Plant-level HR partner to support the Plant Manager and leadership team. You will lead end-to-end HR activities, supervise HR Advisors and Internal Trainers, and ensure that HR standards and company values are upheld on site.

You will drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and change management, while aligning with total rewards and compliance. This role is based at our Montgomery plant in Pennsylvania and requires strong stakeholder

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ years of HR experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide HR leadership at the plant level and support the Plant Manager and leadership team.
• Oversee end-to-end HR activities and supervise HR Advisors and Internal Trainers.
• Ensure HR policies and values are upheld on site and drive engagement and development.
