KingRecruitingServices in Early Branch, SC seeks a Maintenance Manager for a commercial laundry operation. The role leads the maintenance department, coordinating repairs, PMs, and vendor relations to keep equipment and facilities productive.

You will develop procedures, train the team, enforce safety, and drive energy efficiency while reporting to senior leadership on capital needs and improvements.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance with machinery, electronics, hydraulics, plumbing, and boiler applications.
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams is preferred.
• Commercial laundry or similar manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage preventive maintenance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the maintenance department and oversee daily repairs and PMs.
• Supervise and schedule the maintenance team and vendors.
• Develop and implement PM programs and inventory controls.
• Monitor utilities use and drive energy cost reductions.
• Advise senior management on capital expenditures and parts.
