Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking ambitious candidates for the Maintenance Manager in Training (MMIT) program. This two-year pathway develops skills to advance into a maintenance manager role, leveraging the Pilgrims Maintenance Pillar Process across facilities.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience and an Associate’s degree or related technical certification. The program includes travel and relocation as needed, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance operations.
• Associate degree preferred; or related vocational/technical certification/licensure.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventive maintenance with engineering and maintenance staff.
• Train teams on Pilgrim's Maintenance Pillar and CMMS usage.
• Use software to improve processes, data capture and spend/reliability analysis.
• Provide Maintenance Pillar and CMMS education to plant teams.
• Develop skills to track maintenance department performance.
• Assist facilities budgeting with maintenance budgeting methods.
• Compare maintenance expenditures across plants to identify best practices.
