Job summary

Pilgrim’s is looking for ambitious leaders to join a 2-year MMIT training track aimed at becoming a maintenance manager. You will work with engineering and plant teams to implement preventive maintenance and drive reliability while upholding Pilgrim’s core values and safety standards.

The role requires 2–5 years supervisory maintenance experience, an associate degree or related certification, and willingness to travel up to 75% for multiple projects across facilities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance operations.
• Associate’s degree preferred or completion of Vocational/Technical specialty certification/licensure program; work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Implement a preventive maintenance program with engineering and plant staff.
• Train team and develop materials for Pilgrim's Maintenance Pillar; convey procedures and tools.
