You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective work, coordinate with engineering and contractors, and drive improvements in uptime, reliability, and cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing maintenance, with expertise in PLCs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance within manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environment.
• Experience managing maintenance teams, projects, and automated production systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, and automation systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise maintenance supervisors, technicians, and refrigeration personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee maintenance projects, equipment installations, modifications, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, automation, and process-related issues.
• Manage highly automated systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and related industrial controls.
