Job summary

Top Dog Engineers is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager with heavy robotic welding experience in metal stamping. Location is Southern California with a salary range of $120k-$130k plus relocation assistance; sponsorship is not offered.

The role leads maintenance staff, oversees preventive maintenance, and ensures equipment reliability for a Tier 1 automotive supplier. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in metal stamping maintenance, strong supervisory skills, and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

5 to 10 years of maintenance, electrical and/or mechanical experience.
Metal stamping press experience, single action, transfer, progressive.
Heavy robotic welding assembly experience (Mig, Tig, Spot).
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
Training and development experience of crew members.
Excellent planning and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a plan and schedule for preventive maintenance of equipment.
Manage, motivate, develop, and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff.
Inspect recently maintained equipment to observe maintenance quality and operating condition.
Create a work schedule for maintenance staff including off-hours and annual shutdowns.
Manage and maintain the work order system for parts management and closure.
