Job summary
Hunter the Headhunter is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume food and beverage manufacturing facility. You will build equipment reliability, strengthen preventive maintenance programs, and develop the maintenance team, ensuring safe and efficient production equipment.
The role requires hands-on knowledge of PLCs, automation, controls, electrical and mechanical systems, liquid processing/filling equipment, and CMMS-driven maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- 3-5+ years of maintenance leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and CMMS
- Experience with pumps, valves, gears, bearings, lubrication systems
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the plant maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Own the preventive and predictive maintenance program and ensure PMs are completed on time.
- Manage the CMMS, including work orders and cross-functional communication.
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive short- and long-term reliability improvements.
- Oversee MRO/spare-parts program, including inventory accuracy and ordering.
