Verano is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the planning, organizing, developing, and execution of maintenance across the cultivation and processing facility, ensuring safe, reliable operations of all building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, leading a hands-on maintenance team, managing PMs and CMMS administration, coordinating outside contractors, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in facility and equipment maintenance.
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to register with state cannabis commission; comply with industry laws.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field; relevant certifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, organizing and executing maintenance for the facility.
• Develop and implement SOPs and train personnel in their execution.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems; ensure equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues across building and equipment.
• Lead PM program; support CMMS development and administration.
• Coordinate outside contractors and negotiate service agreements.
• Interview, hire and train maintenance staff; coordinate schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements.
