Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Manager of Maintenance to lead facility and equipment maintenance across warehouse operations in Chester, PA. The role involves developing SOPs, supervising staff, and ensuring reliable electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems for cultivation and processing facilities.

The candidate should have 5+ years in facilities maintenance and 2+ years of leadership experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to obtain cannabis licensing where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 5 year(s) of facility and equipment maintenance experience required.
• 2 year(s) of maintenance leadership experience required.
• General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to register with the state cannabis commission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SOPs; delegate tasks and train personnel.
• Ensure maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain cultivation and processing equipment operation.
• Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues across electrical and plumbing.
• Lead hands-on maintenance and PM program execution.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building mechanicals.
