Job summary

BlackRock Resources, LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Maintenance Manager for direct hire. The role is onsite on day shift, with salary up to 130k plus bonus potential.

You will lead plant maintenance, develop asset strategies, and drive TPM initiatives in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment. You will manage a maintenance team, partner with engineering and operations, and deploy preventative and predictive maintenance while meeting KPIs and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with maintenance leadership or engineering focus.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting in industrial settings.
• Experience developing and implementing TPM with Lean/Six Sigma background.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance and facilities management with operational leadership alignment.
• Develop and manage asset maintenance plans with preventative/predictive approaches.
• Own department KPIs and drive corrective actions for variances.
• Implement and lead TPM projects to reduce cost and improve performance.
• Manage maintenance staff, including performance reviews and development plans.
