Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership in high-volume production settings.
- Technical degree or craft apprenticeship completed, plus related certifications.
- Experience with CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and sanitation personnel.
- Foster safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee maintenance across three shifts and various mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Manage maintenance budgets, work orders, and inventory control.
- Analyze failures and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Support equipment installations, commissioning, and capital projects.
