The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in maintenance leadership; you will mentor staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance management with supervision, planning/scheduling, and estimating.
• Extensive experience in Predictive and Preventative Maintenance of Conveyor Systems is essential.
